provides this Site as a service to its customers.


Ordering / Check-Out / Payment

After you have added an item to your bag, a pop-up will show all items that are currently in your bag.
Here, you may review all items in your bag and continue shopping or proceed to check-out.
Should you wish to check-out, the Site will prompt you for any coupon codes and will give you a tool to estimate
shipping cost and tax before moving you to the check-out screen.

You may check-out as a guest, register as a member or if you are already a member, login with you user ID and Password.
The Site will ask you for your Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Method, and Payment Information.
Roanddenoir accepts the following credit card payment options: MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
At this time Roanddenoir cannot accept international credit cards.
To complete your order, review your order and confirm.


Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.
Roanddenoir will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Order processing will begin within 1 business day and orders will ship within 2 business days of order placement.
Roanddenoir does not process or ship products on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays.
Also, Roanddenoir is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed through the Site, the package will be returned to our warehouse.


Return Policy

For customers in the 48 continental US, a prepaid shipping label will be provided; however, a $9.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be received by Roanddenoir within 14 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Please return the items in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Roanddenoir hangtags attached.
Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.


Non-returnable Items

  1. 1. Earrings, hair accessories, and beauty products
  2. 2. Return received after 14 days of the original shipment date
  3. 3. All items marked “FINAL SALE” (Final sale items also cannot be exchanged)
  4. 4. Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

To return merchandise purchased via www.roanddenoir.com, please follow these steps:

  1. A. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid label.
  2. B. Affix the pre-paid label to your package, and be careful to remove or cover the original shipping label. No postage is required; however, a $9.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Upon mailing, your return will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.


Exception

International delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are not valid for a pre-paid shipping label; however, items can be returned by personal shipping method.

Roanddenoir is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please allow approximately 2 – 3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

At this time, Roanddenoir cannot automatically process exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on the Site.
